How to make owl face lanterns for Halloween season
First you bend one end to shape the paper core. Cut out 2 round errors to make owl eyes.
Glue the thin white paper inside the paper core , at the owl's eye position.
Use crayons, paints or ink to color and draw the owl's eyes . At this step you should wait for the color to dry, then apply another layer of color, so the color will be darker and more durable.
Secure the electric candle to the paper core with adhesive tape . Add straps for the lanterns if you want to carry them around.
